CØNNEKT Communication Consultants offers an innovative Communication Skills Development and TV Training seminar for:
- Executives and department heads in private, public and semi-public organisations whose roles shape both the internal working environment and their organisation’s public image. They must communicate with clients and employees, manage communication crises, represent the organisation on television and at events, and respond to public scrutiny with flexibility, integrity and effectiveness.
- Politicians and public officials who appear regularly on television or radio.
- Professionals who are invited to television, radio or podcasts because of their position, experience, work or activities, representing themselves, a group or an institution.

Programme details
- Duration: 24 training hours.
- Participants: up to 28 per group.
- Delivery: in person.
- Funding: subject to conditions, the programme may be co-funded by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus. The final amount depends on participation and is determined exclusively by the Authority. Applications must be submitted at least 21 days before training begins.
Trainers
Marianna Fortoma
Marianna Fortoma is an HRDA-certified trainer and Business Administration graduate with a master’s degree in Communication, Public Relations and Media from the University of Leicester. She has 18 years of experience as a marketing and communication director across consultancy, advertising, communication, vocational training and healthcare organisations.
In Greece and Cyprus, she delivers in-house seminars on customer service, communication, corporate social responsibility, public relations, complaints management, change management, leadership and media relations.
George Constantinou
George Constantinou studied journalism, marketing, advertising, public relations and theatre. He has 15 years of active journalism experience as a reporter, news editor and editor-in-chief, as well as more than 15 years of experience in communication, TV training, publishing and public relations across sectors including finance, energy, environment, health, automotive, property development, insurance, local government and culture.
He also teaches photography and theatre and is the founder and director of CØNNEKT Communication Consultants.
