“The Method of Six” by the 12 Kai Kati Theatre Group

In October 2024, the 12 Kai Kati Theatre Group staged “The Method of Six” in Nicosia, based on Laurent Baffie’s play TOC TOC and directed by Marina Mandri. CØNNEKT Communication Consultants was proud to support this cultural project once again as communication sponsor.

The story

At six in the evening, six people wait for a doctor who they hope will help them overcome the obsessive-compulsive disorders that trouble them. But the doctor does not appear to be arriving any time soon.

In the clinic’s waiting room, the six discover that sometimes, finding yourself begins with focusing on others.

• Six people who seem nothing like us.
• Six people who are exactly like us.

Director Marina Mandri also curated the music. Electra Kythraiotou designed the sets and costumes, Achilleas Mouskis designed the lighting, Andreas Iakovou built the sets, Rebecca Cheila created the visual communication and Haris Panayiotou provided the photography.

The cast included Christodoulos Georgiou, Konstantinos Iakovou, Gabriella Chatzistylli, Niki Cheila, Anna Constantinou and Maria Kividiotou. The production participated in the Cyprus Theatre Organisation’s 37th Pancyprian Amateur Theatre Festival.

The performances took place at ARTOS HOUSE Theatre in Nicosia on 26, 27, 30 and 31 October 2024. The production was suitable for audiences aged 16 and over.
