GSP Is Hiring Cleaners for Permanent Positions

Our client, the Pancyprian Gymnastic Association—GSP—is accepting applications for three permanent cleaner positions.

Employment terms

• Starting monthly salary: €980 gross. After six months of continuous employment, the minimum salary automatically increases to €1,088 gross.
• Additional benefits: 13th salary and other benefits.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; 40 hours per week.
• Location: GSP Sports Centre, Strovolos, Nicosia.

Duties and responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of offices, storage areas, the staff kitchen, meeting rooms and shared spaces, including lifts and corridors.
• Cleaning windows and glass surfaces.
• Cleaning toilets, washbasins and auxiliary spaces, and replenishing toilet paper, liquid soap and hand towels.
• Using vacuum cleaners and other appropriate equipment for carpets and floors.
• Cleaning the interior areas of the buildings.
• Emptying waste bins in the designated areas.
• Storing cleaning materials in the designated location.
• Arriving at work on time, maintaining a presentable appearance and behaving with courtesy, professionalism and willingness to help.
• Carrying out any other related duties assigned by management.

Required qualifications

• Good physical condition and the ability to perform the duties of the position satisfactorily.
• Previous proven experience in similar duties is an advantage.
• Integrity, discretion and reliability.
